Beef Recipe

Cooks 10 lbs in approximately 2 hours

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil
  • 4 large sweet onions, chopped
  • 8 green peppers, chopped
  • Salt, 4 tbsp
  • Garlic power, 2 tbsp
  • Maggi spice, 8 blocks
  • Chilli powder, 4 tbsp
  • Ground beef, 10lbs
  • Paprika, 12 tbps (be very generous)
  • Oregano, 1- 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. A little oil in a pot on medium heat
  2. Add onions and saute for 2-5 minutes until slightly translucent
  3. Add salt, garlic powder, maggi spice, chilli powder, and saute for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
  4. Add green peppers and cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally
  5. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink, stirring occasionally
  6. Add paprika and stir until well combined (should look “red”)
  7. Boil for 1 – 1.5 hours
  8. Add oregano and salt (if needed)
  9. Drain completely
