Beef Recipe
Cooks 10 lbs in approximately 2 hours
Ingredients
- Vegetable oil
- 4 large sweet onions, chopped
- 8 green peppers, chopped
- Salt, 4 tbsp
- Garlic power, 2 tbsp
- Maggi spice, 8 blocks
- Chilli powder, 4 tbsp
- Ground beef, 10lbs
- Paprika, 12 tbps (be very generous)
- Oregano, 1- 2 tbsp
Directions
- A little oil in a pot on medium heat
- Add onions and saute for 2-5 minutes until slightly translucent
- Add salt, garlic powder, maggi spice, chilli powder, and saute for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Add green peppers and cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink, stirring occasionally
- Add paprika and stir until well combined (should look “red”)
- Boil for 1 – 1.5 hours
- Add oregano and salt (if needed)
- Drain completely
